**IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION**
It was announced yesterday that from July 24th 2020 everyone is required to wear a face covering when entering a shop or business. This is in addition to wearing one on Public Transport which has been mandatory for some time now. If you feel you are unable to wear a mask for auditory/sensory/breathing reasons, please visit www.keepsafe.org.uk/mask and download an exemption card for you to show if asked why you are not wearing one. Please note, it is NOT the responsibility or the role of the Surgery to issue anyone with an exemption letter or certificate. Please visit the website above for more information. The link to government guidance is included under latest news section.
All patients are now required to wear a face covering when entering the surgery for an appointment. If you do have an appointment we would be grateful if you could come prepared with your face covering on. This can be in the form of a mask, scarf, handkerchief or any sort of fabric item you have available.
To support the practice in adhering to social distancing rules we ask that you do not attend the practice until your appointment time, as we do not have adequate space in our waiting areas. If you attend before your appointment time you may be asked to wait outside or in your car.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
